From our humble beginnings as a small team of passionate CX professionals, we have grown into a over 2000 service delivery associates, handling over 15 million of client interactions annually. Hence, growth surged by a remarkable 60-fold from 2018 to 2023. Thus, becoming the largest BPTO provider in the Western Balkans, South Eastern Europe
