As we celebrate the successful conclusion of the Enhancing Youth Employment (EYE) project, SPEEEX Corporation would like to extend its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this initiative possible, particularly Helvetas and all the dedicated partners involved. The EYE project has been an invaluable force in empowering youth and fostering skills development within our community, and we are deeply honored to have been a part of this transformative journey.
Since its inception in 2019, the EYE project has played a crucial role in the development and enhancement of SPEEEX Education's curricula, which has allowed us to expand our reach and make a tangible impact in the Republic of Kosova. Through this collaboration, more than 2,000 young individuals have successfully completed our educational modules, gaining vital skills and experience. Even more impressive is the fact that over 1,000 of these talented young individuals have gone on to launch successful careers in the BPO sector, contributing to the growth and sustainability of this vital industry.
This project has not only equipped youth with the tools to excel professionally but also created a ripple effect of opportunity and empowerment within our local communities. We are proud to see the positive outcomes, from skill-building to career-launching, that have been made possible through the EYE project and the support of Helvetas.
